There's the 'may' clause in there. If I choose not to draw a card, shouldn't the rest of the power still trigger?
If you needed to draw the card to trigger the power, shouldn't the text be along the lines of "If you draw a card, discard all cards attached to Aipom and put Aipom on the bottom of your deck."?
