Abomasnow spreads 20 to everything that isn't :grass: or :water:. Manectric spreads 30 to Pokemon with Poke-Powers and Cresselia Lv.X helps me get KOs on certain Pokemon and I can use it to take 2 prizes. BTS+Scoop Up lets me "heal" my Abomasnows which makes them even more of a tank!

here's what i'd do

-2 ts-1 evoluter

+1 unown g
+1 ts-2 devoluter

and make your energies
4 call
4 psychic
3 electric
2 water

Abomasnow sounds big in this deck, and your definitely going to need more water than just 1.
Then
-1 Premier Ball
+1 Level Max
Only do this if you are focusing less on Cressie and more on Obama and Manectric.
 
I was thinking of taking out 1-1 Cresselia lv.X for 1-1 Manectric. I feel that 2-2 Manectric isn't enough in this deck.
