Oblivion

I can only judge from the PC version and to tell the truth, I really dont know.
It has good graphics, gameplay and not-so-bad story, what I dont like though is that there are virtually no bosses.

I trained my character a lot in expectation for some BIG battle, but it just didnt come. Training your character than seems kinda pointless.

Oh, and the fact that the main storyline is incredibly short for such a huge game.

The strength in Oblivion is not the main quest, but in the seemingly endless amount of side quests. Amazing game IMO, going to get game of the year.

I LOVE THIS GAME. You can play it for about a whole day and not get bored of it. The only reason I'm not playing right now is because i don't own and I was just playing it at my friends house.
 
It's excellent on both systems. The 360 version has some loadtime and frame-rate issues though, but they might fix them with a Xbox Live patch.
