Kind of Minor, but pretty annoying for my opponents: When Eevee uses Signs of Evolution, the Eeveelutions that are chosen are not shown to the opponent. This is rather annoying as they should have that information.
 
Major Plasma Freeze glitch: When Garbodor toxin is in play it should shut off Plasma Umbreon +20 stack ability so his Pokes with Team Plasma Badge had +20 stack on them with 3 Umbreon. Sableye 130 hp!!!
 
I don't know if it's just me or not, but in most games, I can't see how many cards I have in my deck or even my opponent. This is very glaring because it's a huge part of the game and should be public knowledge so I don't end up drawing all my cards or anything...I hope it's fixed soon.
 
Vanilluxe's ChillMAX counts Double Colorless as only one Energy, but it should give you two flips for the attack.

When a Team Plasma Badge is discarded via Tool Scrapper, the Pokémon continues to be a Team Plasma Pokémon. This means that Deoxys EX's Power Connect adds 10 damage to attacks still.
 
The biggest question I am having lately is why they decide to do the site maintenance in the middle of the day?
I mean it basically locks you out of playing this game when most library's are open.

Why not do it really late at night through early morning?
Like 2 AM to 7 AM or something?

Anyhow not sure of it was just the computer or a glitch.
But when doing the Voltorb ability it kept putting the card back into the spot I dragged it from.

Also they still need to MOVE the End Turn button.
When trying to click the OK button few times & hit the End Turn button by mistake.

Either that, or pay crazy stupid amounts of overtime to the devs, middleware, and QA.
 
Superior Energy Retrieval can be played even if there are no Basic Energy in your discard pile.
 
When you activate an opponent's Rock Guard, the entire text of the card pops up on your screen in big letters like it's an attack. In fact, the message "ge counters on the Attacking Pokémon." stays on your screen until another attack is performed. I've seen this happen twice, and both happened with attacks that damaged the bench as well if that matters.
 
Technically it's not a glitch, but it's annoying that the game doesn't end immediately when you KO a Pokémon to take your last prize(s). The player has to promote a new Pokémon before the game will end. Some players don't promote a new Pokémon and just sit there for 2 minutes as they time out.

I had an opponent attach, unattach, and repeat with a single Energy for the full 25 minutes of a game. Obviously that shouldn't be allowed...

The game win counter is glitched. Sometimes when I win my number of games played with a deck increases, but number of wins does not.
 
Even after someone tool scrappers a plasma badge attachment from a non plasma pokemon, the game still considers that pokemon a plasma pokemon. (Had this happen with mew ex)
 
To my knowledge, none of the Plasma Freeze glitches have been fixed. Sorry, I should try to update the original post soon. Also, Tool Scrapper has been bugged for a while. If you discard two Tools from your opponent's side, it asks if you want to discard Tools from your side as well. The maximum is two.

Ghetsis shuffles your opponent's deck even when no Items are able to be shuffled in. I noticed because I used Watchog's Watcheck to rearrange my opponent's top 5 cards, and next turn the top 5 looked completely different.
 
I just had my first bug. But a different one. I opened a pack of BC. I saw the New! Sign for the RH card place. So I thought great. Another random RH. Cause I am a collector. But then I saw my RH spot was a Cilan FA. And Guess what my rare was. FA Cilan. Nah Just kidding. My rare was a FA Cilan but my Rare was a ACE SPEC Computer Search.

And thats not a bug, you can technically have an Ace Spec and a FA Cheren in the same pack. Ace Specs are in the RH slot, and EXs, SRs, and FAs are in the Rare spot.
