That's happened to me before too in the past. When you redeem codes next time around they should appear.
 
With this new update, Dark Claw now works as a Rescue Scarf... And a Dark claw... (You still get a prize)
 
Mass pack redemption is still bugged. For whatever reason, after inputting a large amount of codes through the website, when you load the program the booster credit popup comes up, but then it freezes trying to load all of them at once.

This was a problem prior to the maintenance, and it is still an issue.
 
We can now see our discard pile, yay, but the issue using dark trance when there's a dark claw is still present. It's nearly impossible to pick an energy since the claw blocks it.
 
Attacking with hydreigon's dragonblast cause this screen to pop up.

I would click OK but then the game log would pop up and I could not exit the grey box because the game log would pop up out of nowhere. It would constantly be in the way and I am unable to close it. When I put my cursor away from the game log the box the OK button would pop up and repeat the cycle. I don't know if that made any sense at all so I provided a screenshot for reference.
 
Has anyone tried redeeming their bonus code from the new tins? I entered my code and it came up as booster credit so I decided not to redeem it just to be on the safe side.

This has happened to be as well. It's a game ending bug that needs to be fixed. You can not attack with Hydreigon what so ever and you have to concede when that screen pops up.
 
I have now just TWICE lost game on PTCGOnline when i was winning! I'm ahead by a couple prizes, better set-up then they wait for ages, KO one of my pokemon and it tells me i've lost because i was idle for too long. Is this some kinda bug or is my internet really that bad!?

I have slow internet at the moment so it is kinda laggy but both times i lost the game immediately after my opponent took a prize...

Same exact problem. Has happened twice in the past two games. This is huge. I can't even play my deck because of this. :nonono:
 
Mew EX using Durant's devour doesn't count for each durant in play, it seems to count each mew ex....

Also, there is some glitching with Rescue Scarf. If the scarf is removed or the Pokemon is KOed and placed back into play, the non-existent scarf will re-activate

confirmed, i get the same problem, dont want to redeem in case i dont get the promo card

has anyone redeemed any of these yet? do they work?

decided to bite the bullet, the code gave me a booster plus the promo card :)
 
I could be wrong about this, but this game seems like a catch-22. A new set is released every 3 months. By the time they fix all the bugs, the November set will be released and a whole new slew of bugs will take their place. Then once those bugs are fixed, the February set comes out and the bugs come back again, etc. And since there can't be any tournaments until all the bugs are fixed.......

There's a LOT of back-end stuff going on here. They're not hard-coding every card. They're creating a subset of functions that all perform similar actions. Ever notice how there's a lot of mechanics that tend to overlap? Well, right now they're trying to get those functions working correctly.

The more cards they have in their database, the fewer bugs there will be on newer cards that come out.
