Official PTCGO Bug Thread (Updated 3/7)

Looks like that happens with Landorus EX's Land's Judgment and PlusPower as well when you opt not to do the extra damage.
 
When I traded my audino,stoutland, and lilipup for a terrakion. It doesn't show up in my collection and it says unowned but my trade history says that I traded for it.
 
Downloaded the official Mac version awhile ago, worked fine for awhile. Then, it decided to close immediately every time I opened it, so I deleted and redownloaded it. Now, I get the "Please wait while the refresher is patched. Your game will restart automatically when it has completed." message. It doesn't go away. I have given it several hours multiple times and redownloaded it. Same thing.

I am on Mountain Lion.

I have the same problem and I have read that other Mac users experience this as well. I completely deleted the old unofficial version by PokemonCenterItaly and I am using the new official version. Even after uninstalling and rebooting, PTCGO refuses to open. I have been having this problem for a week now. I'm on Snow Leopard (10.6.8).
 
Here is a good question: I was doing the Trainer Challenge to unlock all the deck unlocks in each deck.

Which I did for every deck I currently have (7-8), however when I go to the trade list it says that certain cards are still locked.

Do you have to win with each deck 36 times to unlock them?
 
You might be talking about the Basic Yellow cards. Those cards can not be traded under any circumstances. I'm not sure if the cards from the Blue/Green/Red decks can be traded as well.
 
when using Landorus Exs attack, Lands Judgementfor 150, it discards all three energy even though 1 of the energy was a blend (2 other energys were fighting of coarse)
Note: also gave me some error messgae when choosing whether or not to do the extra damage

Land Judgment doesn't specify basic fighting energy, so it's supposed to discard blend. (Provided it's a blend WFLM)
 
Energy Switch allows you to shuffle energy on the same Pokemon. This lets you burn an Energy Switch without using it's effect.

Tool Scrapper always asks me if I want to discard my own tools as well, even if I've already discarded 2 tools from the opposing player.
 
When using an attack vs something with rocky helmet, but they resist it and take no damage, you still get no damage counters.

The situation this occurred in for example was using Groudon ex's Tromp vs Emolga with a Rocky Helmet. Unsure whether it's due to resistance or due to damage to the bench. I'm pretty sure I'm not meant to take damage as rocky helmet states when the pokemon takes damage, unless 0 damage counts as damage..
 
Random receiver is pretty annoying with it's "OK" button sometimes ending the turn fr me.


Also I'm not sure if this is occurring to everyone but my Mewtwo had 2 fire energys and there was Skyarrow on the field. I retreated and I didn't pay a cost. Pretty annoying since my opponent then used that to his advantage and knocked my Mewtwo out later.
 
For some reason I couldn't retreat a Terrakion with a dark energy attached, when my Darkrai was in play. I had just had a Sableye with an energy knocked out. Nothing particularly special about the scenario. It happened again with Sableye active.
 
When I used Landorus' Land Judgment attack with Aerodactyl in play, it did not add 10 damage as it should have. For the record I declined discarding to do the extra damage.
 
My Pokemon decided to stop doing damage when I was down to two prizes against a user named "Rapping Chad". I'm not sure whose fault it is that something like this could possibly happen. My attacks were working like normal up until I Catcher'd a Venusaur to hit it with an overcharged Land's Judgment. That attack and the ones following it did no damage to my opponent while his Pokemon were able to attack just fine.

If it matters, my bench at the time was: Garchomp, Garchomp, Gible, Landorus, Landorus. His was: Venusaur, Venusaur, Virizion NVI, Beautifly.

I have trouble with Dark Cloak working all the time too. My issues have been with Sableye losing his free retreat status.
