Old weighted booster packs

Hello,

I've been wondering how much value would weighted packs have compared to not weighted ones. There's plenty of booster / pack art collectors out there without any intention to open the boosters. With that in mind I'd like to think it remains at atleast half but it's just a guess.

So how could old weighted booster packs hold value compared to normal ones? I'm especially interested in TRR, FRLG, Base and Neo sets.

Anyone? Any estimates would be appreciated.

I know the usual thing to do is weight boosters and sell them as regulars.

I disagree with Trader. For most people, the value of the old booster packs is specifically in the fact that they're out of print, rare, and collector's items as sealed. Therefore, they should sell for almost as much, if not as much as non-weighted booster packs.

The only instance where I see the value changing significantly is if you go the "other" direction with weighed packs, in that they're nothing but guaranteed EXs and such.
