What trainers exactly does omega barrier (Sceptile from the newest set) prevent? Mainly looking into these:

Lysandre
Hypnotoxic Laser
Crushing/Enhanced Hammer
Startling Megaphone

The first two I assume are prevented, but are the next two prevented? They impact the energy or tool attached to the pokemon, not the pokemon itself?
