I just picked up the 2 blister packs with the Shieldon (DP08) and Cranidos (DP07) promos. BOTH of these cards are in TERRIBLE shape. I'm not talking about a small crease or a slight scratch. BOTH these cards look like they have been in decks and shuffled for years. One has dirt or something ground into the foil. Anyone else ran into this??? What can be done???
 
this seem to be a more common thing now. Stuff not being packaged right. I had this problem with the Tin Promos
 
I'm expecting mint cards. THIS is going too far. These cards are not even presentable in any collection.
Is there any way exchange these cards?

Couldn't you see the damage through the blister pack?!

One time I got the corners of two cards stuck together in one of my Crystal Guardian packs. They were from a blister too, but I didn't card since they were commons.
 
If you email Pokemon, they will allow you to send the damaged card back and get it replaced. I had a piplup in my tin that got damaged and they sent me a replacement card.
 
Here's the general customer service email for Pokemon USA:

email them and tell them what was wrong with the card. They'll ask you to mail it to them and they'll send you a replacement.
