OREGON Battle Road Autumn 2011

We're in the middle of a GREAT start to the new season here at Guardian Games - 102 Players!!!

Not bad for the "entry level" into the tournament scene. For those interested in the breakdown: 20 JR / 27 SR / 55 MA. That means the Masters got extra Championship Points down to 4th place because of attendance. Great job and we look forward to seeing all of you at the next events!

How many players signed up for the DS at Gardian Games? If one was hosted, that is.
 
The new tournament season is off to a GREAT start in Salem with 86 Players at the Battle Road! The DS side event is moving along and we are about to go into the top cut for Juniors. For those that like the numbers: JR - 14 / SR - 18 / MA - 54.

Salem was awesome! Although I did feel a bit out of sorts PLAYING in BOTH the TCG and DS!
I liky alotta the changes in the TCG format................. I just might pick it back up again!
So shweet to see and be on the "attendees" side- it was nice to relax and hang out and see everyone.
Thanks BDS-Chris-June- and the rest of the staff, ya bring the best to the west!
(But do not be afraid to ask me to assist/staff whenever I can be around to do so!)
 
I'd say last weekend was an amazing start to the new season! I can't wait for the upcoming battle roads and the exciting changes coming to the DS tournaments. Those of you who love Pokemon Black & White might want to start transferring your older Pokemon over from DPPtHGSS riggt now and start thinking of new teams for Regionals.

Thanks to all who came to Salem and made it a BLAST! Also, Victory Cup cards have arrived!

Friendly reminder to all those who plan on winning a Battle Roads (or any tournament for that matter): fill out your deck list accurately and correctly! NO LAZINESS!!!

Team Rocket will be at this weekends events (Milwaukie and West Lynn, if I'm not mistaken) so be advised and prepare for trouble.
