OK, here's the deal. Mr. Raichu and I are partners, we rely on each other to make sure we can offer NW players the best tournaments in the country. In order to do that communication is critical, and we have developed some great communication skills over the years, He knows what I'm doing and I know what he's doing. HOWEVER, On Saturday at the Guardian Battle Road tournament he was talking smack about how he was going to give all the Masters at Round Table a run for their money on Saturday the 26th. SAY WHAT? When did we discuss him playing at Round Table on the 26th.
So those of you who were at Guardian know what happened next - I sort of mentioned that if anyone who was paired up against Mr. Raichu on Saturday were to win that match there would be a PokeGym die in it for them. Now maybe I shouldn't have done that, but I said it and I will make good on that offer. If you are paired up against Mr. Raichu next Saturday at Round Table Pizza, and you beat him, come see me and pick up a PokeGym dice. :biggrin:

I'll try to come and manage to somehow sneak in the tournament with sabledonk and donk Mr. Raichu in the first round.

Just a heads up for everyone here. It appears were going to have to switch the Lebanon event to the 16th, opening the 2nd for the event replacing Hillsboro. Hopefully Richard will sneak in and shift that around, but hopefully you guys don't just skim past my posts (though I would understand if you did!)

The Lebanon event has been moved to June 16th.
The schedule has been changed to reflect that move although we do not have a replacement event for the June 2nd date yet.

Any chance anyone will have a Darkrai EX and a Smeargle for Trade/Borrow on Saturday or Sunday?
Also, BDS....I was thinking about teaching my dad to play the game since he'll be on site anyway. Can he use references during the match that explain the rules to him (i.e. if I wrote an explanation of each special condition for him)?

If you can't find someone else before hand, pull me aside on Saturday. I'll have the Smeargle for sure, and should have the Darkrai, but I would need them back Saturday since I won't be there Sunday.

Is there a chance there's gonna be some delay on registration (extension) because theres a thunderstorm going on in portland right now
I hear the thunder right now, but it is 8:45 PM and registration is not until 11:00 AM tomorrow morning. I think we will be fine for an on-time start.

OMG - I just realized we are playing in the Thunder Gym tomorrow and Mr. Raichu IS playing. No wonder we have a storm going on!
BTW - I have my PokeGym dice packed up for those of you who manage to take him down in the tournament. :biggrin:

We have not been able to find a venue for June 2nd so we will have to move that event to another date. At this time we are looking at doubling up on the 9th. We'll have to have it nailed down by the end of the week, and as soon as we do I'll send out an e-mail and we'll post it here and on facebook.Any word on the June 2 event yet?

Just a quick reminder that Lebanon, originally scheduled for June 2nd, is now scheduled for June 16th. It will be the closing event of the season, so I hope most of you will be able to make it up there.
Unfortunately we have not found a venue to replace Hillsboro, which has been canceled. We are still looking and right now are thinking we will schedule something in the Portland area next Saturday. I will e-mail the announcement and post it here as soon as we have something confirmed.
