currently there are two counters in lokis. when coming in, the one on the right side of the (containing the yugioh and magic the gathering merchandise) wasnt put in yet when we had the arceus pre-release there. and even without that counter there was barely enough room.

keeping on topic with the thread. I cant wait for these pre-releases to start!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The costume contests will only be at the prereleases on Halloween weekend - Lebanon and Milwaukie (also, there will be one at each flight in Milwaukie but if you win the morning one you can't enter the same costume in the afternoon one)

*shudders thinking about Umbreon* But anyway, I'm soooo excited for the pre-releases!!! I'll definitely be there Saturday for both flights with my camera for homework ^_^ And I'll hopefully be able to scrape together enough money to participate at Milwaukie. So stoked for the costume contest XD

Some of the founding members of Team Oreegon are deciding to come back and play some Pokemanz at Guardian Games tomorrow! Just feel like getting back into the game, and a prerelease is the perfect event to do so. Josh, Trevor, and myself (Joel) are gonna be showing up, and maybe some friends. We were kind of famous back in the day :p I do have a question though. Will there be a DS tournament?

Anyways, see you guys and whoever tomorrow for fun times!

Great to see you coming back to Pokemon. Yes, there will be a DS tourney. We are trying to make the change toward getting the DS tournaments started before the TCG event, so get there when the doors open to make sure you don't miss it.

Congratulations to everyone who competed in yesterday's HS Triumphant Prerelease at Astral Games! I quickly wanted to post up todays stats and winners!

Prerelease - 18 total players (7 Juniors, 3 Seniors, 8 Masters)

Winners:

Juniors:
1st Jason L.
2nd Corin E.

Seniors:
1st Brandon J.
2nd Dylan W.

Masters:
1st Douglas H.
2nd Joseph W.

We also held a 4 person Booster Draft afterwards, which I (Jason S.) won, Woo! We had 7 people enter the DS HeartGold/SoulSilver side event, and Joseph W. ended up winning! Thanks to all that came, and I hope everyone had a great time! See you all at CITIES!

Really good day at the prerelease today. I can't believe that pratically half the plays stuck around for booster draft. That was the most exciting draft I've ever played in. Great job with all the DS players too. I'm glad I was able to make it a swiss round tourney.
Also I'm glad my dark Togepi freaked out or amused some people.
