Osama Binladin

^ 2 people can't solve anything. I'm not trying to prove anything. Just wanted to tell everyone that it's not okay to celebrate the killing of a person. Not sure how all this other stuff came up.

Was it not okay for my Grandpa to celebrate the death of Hitler? (He was in the armed forces during WWII) What I'm saying is that you aren't celebrating the death of another person in this case, but the end of a regime. Although, in our present situation, it certainly isn't that.

I personally do not see why people are partying and celebrating this, but I also don't believe they are doing anything wrong. Perhaps we will actually stop all our needless spending in the middle east now because of this event. (Or at least a lot less of it). THAT is certainly reason enough to celebrate. Now if we could just get the government to not waste our money on the War on Drugs too....if that actually ever happened I'd consider celebrating.

My opinion on this is it's much bigger than it needs to be. Somebody that was greatly hated died, big deal, how is it going to affect our lives? You know only one person has been murdered out of all of those terrorists attacks. There is still much more to expect from these people and the last thing you would want to do is celebrate. It's also wrong for anybody to celebrate that somebody is dead, no matter how bad they were.

This guy is another person, he's dead. There's billions of other people out in this world. Grow up and move on.

To all those of you who were saying he was no longer involved anymore, they recently found out that he has been a key part of many recent attacks. This is even better than we could have hoped for.
