Well, for this variant...

Since you're running so much Lv X here, Level Max is an attractive option, even with only a 50% success rate. I'd up the Premier Ball count a bit as well. And since you're running about with Eevee, perhaps an Umbreon UD of your own? It could help stall until your Legend is ready to go against certain decks.

Not too sure about this one...this seems more oriented towards eeveelutions, with the Legend Pokemon as more of a side distraction, since you won't likely be able to use Ozone Buster every turn. Perhaps even drop down to a 2-1 or 1-1 Legend line I'd almost say. Leafeon Lv X is still fairly frail for a main attacker as well, something Blaziken FB drops it dead and can lure out your Legend if it's not ready as well.

Besides, with only Palmer's to recover energy (as well as only playing 5 as you pointed out, though the 4 rainbow can help), odds are good of running into a drought somewhere.

ok I've got 18 energy in the deck I honestly don't know how to fit more. I'm not trying to win worlds with the deck just trying to make it mildly competitive.

I'd scrap the Legend Box. The chances of it working are very low.

Also, you NEED Fisherman. You can blast 150, Fisherman, Energy Forcing right back on.
