Lapras or Palkia Start good, go to X switch enrgy and pokemon to Blastoise when ready, go to Palkia, Go to Em,poleon, play Suicune on with cycle.

drop the premier ball and a water energy for 2 more roseanne's. You may also consider TGW to go along with the emopleon hand distortion thing. I bet you'll do fine with 15 water energies.
