I read the thread "Past Pokemon Powers VS Battle Frontier" and I guess, does Mt.Moon also stops pokemon powers like Muk and these?
 
No, "Poke-POWERS" is only a subset of Pokemon Powers. Since Mt.Moon specifically says only one, that is all that gets shut off.
