Pearl Chomp Lock

Im thinking of getting a deck with palkia g x in there but i want it majestic dawn on im thinking of have lumieon from storm front and have a hole bunch of switches and warpoints in there but i need another palkia g.
 
I test played this deck and it is very inconsitent u lose to luxchomp if u dont get the first turn downer material and pychic bind and if u do get that they can still win and if pluff plays two pluffs u lose so i so dont see this deck doin very well at worlds
 
This is gonna sound nuts but how about a 1-1 donphan prime as your luxray/assorted sp counter? Chomp will erase the damage backlash when it levels up, assuming you do not get sprayed.
 
The deck is a format old, good chap. ;P It doesn't work without Azelf's Downer Material, and that was rotated.

Donphan saw play in SP lists as a mirror tech but I don't think it gained a lot of popularity. It would probably have been golden in this if you could get it out reliably.
 
I agree with Kayle. This deck WAS dependant on Azelf mt for the sp matchup. Now it's too risky to play

I liked gigas better though as a apam lock though and that IS playable this format
