IMHO, Phione will definitely help the T2 Blissey Build as you can Mentor for Chansey, then Evo them right then and not have ot worry about the search card coming up!! Aggro Blissey Builds are going to become a lot faster with Phione (as if they needed to be) and some Firestarter Decks will get some boost from Phione as you can Guarantee that T2 Delcatty forthe Energy Draw ability! Setting Up Delcatty that fast is a definite ++ and ntm you could actually get 2 of them out wiht very little issue!

Pachirisu is going t obe a Dunsparce wannabe card that will see some play, but end up being taken back out for RR and Mentors. If your Meta has a lot of Tools, then it might be viable, otherwise, it could get bindered quickly!

Phione + Great Ball + Roseanne's = Heaven!!

Blissey isn't even good anymore and GG would have to have a T2 Gallade to KO a Pachirisu. How exactly is it bad? Please, people.

Ah, Pachie won't be that much of a tool disruptor since most decks just won't lay down the tool till it is benched or KO'd. After that, you pretty much would have to give away a prize to use Pachie.

But as long as decks start getting slower and more setup-like, which has been happening, Phione and Pachie will become popular.

The only problem that I have with Pachirisu is it's fighting weakness. I still prefer Corsola over Pachirisu, if metagame prefers. Lucario is still going to see play. I KNOW Pachirisu can discard tools. Cessation being the card Pachirisu wants. But I don't want the chance of him being Riolu donked turn 1. I still want a little more time. That's just my opinion.

How does Riolu donk Pachi? That player can't play Lake Boundary or Plus/Strength. Last time I checked, 30 +20 for weakness does not KO Pachi

People used Sparce/Jirachi before Swoop! Teleporter was even released. Remember, Swoop! was released two sets after Jirachi.

Not only that but Swoop! didn't even seem to catch on that much until Deoxys brought us the metal Jirachi.

i've just read the new pachirisu, its a beast! 40 and completely destroy your tools! oodbye cessation. i often have alot of them in my hand cause playing them makes them vulnerable to winstorm. playing both in the same deck and you can destroy half the opponents deck.

I think if cards like phione and pachirisu becomes popular, so will banette! It's T2 Ko to the starters, and u've not even set up a stage 1.

About pachi's tool-discarding attack, it might scare away cc users, but hey! What else is played other than cc and strength charm? You can't discard strength charm, while not much good deck would play cc anymore.
