Phoenix Turn/Ectoplasm+ Expert Belt

If my active Ho-Oh is KOed by damage from an attack, and I flip heads on Phoenix Turn. My opponent would draw 1 or 2 prizes?
Similarly, if my active Dusknoir Lv.X is KOed by damage from an attack, and I use Ectoplasm. Is Expert Belt discarded before my opponent draws his prize(s)? He would draw 1 or 2?

With HoOh, the Expert Belt is discarded before the KO is counted". Only one prize.
