My opponent goes first and uses playground.
On my next turn, can I evolve the pokemon I got with playground?

Situation 2
Turn 2 or latter, my opponent use's playground.
On my next turn, can I evolve the pokemon I got with playground?

1. The rule book says that neither player can evolve on either players first turn. Pichu does nothing to change that. It's a game rule.
