shaymin is banned because its a legendery pokemon t-tar is banned because you can;t get a t-tar untell lv 55. as for rotom i don;t know why its banned.

VGC rules. Even though this is auto-50, We treat it as if they are all 50. So no T-tar.

I really don't know why the others are banned, it's just VGC rules.

Dragonite should be banned also, if that's your criteria. Since it evolves at Lv.55.

lol, I have 70 hours on Platinum... the time it took me to beat the game and get 4 pokemon ev/iv trained and to level 50, 4 pokemon's all i got for VGC.. lol
