Its a card that I got from trade when I went Japan. It's color changes its just that its holo and I'm how when u turn it to.

Hybrid means how is it changing in the image.

He didn't take a picture of the actual card.
He posted a GIF from some webstore that sells the card and their image is animated to "show" that it's holo.

Remember though that that was just 1 on BIN, so its probably worlth a little less - it did get bought by someone for that price though.
