playing JPN cards in english tournaments

Not EXACTLY a ruling question, but i figured this would be the place to put it.

What do i need to have with me if I am using a japanese card without an english equivalent? I've heard its something from the card dex, but not exactly what you need.

BTW: the accepted abbreviation for 'japan' is JPN; the version made up of the first three letters of the word is filtered on these forums as it, as well as the version you used, is a racial slur. editing your title...
