I think a group on Skype dedicated to people you want to play just on PlayTCG would be a better idea then just having people post links to games. That way they don't have to wait because they know they have someone they can play against and they can grow familiar with the people they play with.
The fact that there is already a Skype league for those you like battling via webcam can be a double-edged sword. It can be nice having access to both of the Leagues at the same place but it can also be annoying having them at the same place.
Either way I think this is a good idea and think it should be implemented. I would do it myself but I don't want to "step" on any toes here because you already a League started. If you don't want to be in charge of this I would gladly do it.
