We're not doing this in standard elimination. Because you and Dragonspy both are 0/2, you are competing for 9&10 placings and prizes.

No self killing move like Explosion and Self-Destruct or if you and your opponent have only 1 Pokemon left, the person who uses of of those attacks lose even if it knocks Out your opponents Pokemon. Those attacks are broken by them self and no more the 1 Pokemon can be put to sleep.

The Self-KO clause ONLY doesn't let the last Pokemon use those moves, if at any other point during the battle, one of those moves is used that is perfectly fine...
