Ok, so here are a handful of my questions.

#1: What is the approximate value of a complete Neo's shining set? Curious to know...

#2: Say the Raichu and Noctowl are 1st edition, does that help in the value, and how much?

#3: How much does a 1st edition set of Neo's Shining Mint run for?

#4: Does cards that are graded increase the value?

#5: How do you grade cards; where can you get them graded, and how much does it cost?

I had to estimate a few, because a few of those I don't see often, but it should be moderately accurate.

That's...$129. So You should be able to get a little over a hundred for it.

Yes, that helps in the value. I don't know how much though. I'd estimate at double the normal value.

#3: How much does a 1st edition set of Neo's Shining Mint run for?

Beats me, never seen any. xD I'd guess at maybe $500.

#4: Does cards that are graded increase the value?

Yes, but again, I don't know by how much.

#5: How do you grade cards; where can you get them graded, and how much does it cost?

I believe Beckett used to grade cards for $5 each. I have no idea where you can get them graded now though.
 
To grade cards I thought you had to send them to PSA

I know of someone here who does...

A membership was what $100, then every card is $15 to get graded...
Now who was that ;)
 
@Dragonflames: I believe I was told a mint Shining Charizard is worth around $100-$80... Not sure though... But thanks for your help.
