I built a Ludicolo deck a while back for fun.
Not really sure about how good it is, didn't do much testing with it tbh, but it could help you see what would be the next step.
Pokemons 22
3 Lotad PL (2x81 , 1x131)
2 Lombre SW
3 Ludicolo PL
2 Baltoy GE
2 Claydol GE
1 Uxie LA
1 Shuckle SW
1 Mr.Mime MT
1 Cherubi DP
1 Cherrim SF
1 Treecko SF
1 Sceptile SF
1 Unown Q
2 Unown G
Trainers 24
4 Bebe's Search
1 Luxury Ball
4 Roseanne's Research
1 Cynthia's Feelings
4 Rare Candy
2 Broken Time-Space
3 Warp Point
1 Night Maintenance
4 PokéBlower +
Energy 14
2 Upper
4 Call
2 Rainbow
1 Water
5 Grass
It's perhaps a bit over-teched, but seemed to work.
The problem I see with ludicolo is that the opponent will see it coming and will send some random pokemon to take the shot. That's why I decided to put PokéBlower+ in it. You can even consider Dugtrio, could also be an electric type counter, but it's tough energy wise.
One different Lotad because the free retreat is nice, but the other one is better if you hit that heads on the first turn.
I use Cherrim as my Pluspower to kill theses pesky 130hp Pokemon, takes less space than Pluspowers and/or Crobat G and is permanant. Downside is that it's shut off by Dialga G lvx...
The Sceptile is in there... well... because I can really ^^. It's dispensable but good in this deck.
As for the trainers, high warp point count for that mr.mime trick Baby Mario described (I also use Shuckle for that) and the Cynthia is a bit random (had one space and didn't really know what to put). 3 Rare Candy and 3 BTS sounds more logical but I prefer having a 4th Candy for the early game so you're more likely to be able to do 120 by t3.
And for the energys, pretty standard. Rainbow energy is very nice with Sceptile and allows Claydol, Mr.Mime and Unown G to attack in very rare occasions ...
I think it's about it. If you have any questions feel free to ask.
Hope it helps
