Smeargle would kind of defeat the purpose of constant trainerlock, but it may help consistency. Maybe one or two?

How is the consistency?

I don't think it would defeat the purposes of trainer lock first turn. I would think of it as an extension of getting Spiritomb out first turn.

IE:
Opening hand have Smeargle, but no Spiritomb. Use Smeargle to copy opponent's Collector/Bebe's/etc to get Spiritomb. Attach energy to Smeargle Retreat to Spiritomb. If you're lucky enough to copy Collector it'll be like using Call Energy on Spiritomb AND Darkness Grace in the same turn.

As opposed to only having 4 Spiritomb in the deck, opening hand no Spiritomb. Now what?

The only thing I see is that you seem to be putting all your eggs in one basket. All of these:

4 Spiritomb
2 Glaceon LvX
2 Vileplume UD
1 Dodrio UD

Get nailed for their Bodys and take away your whole strategy as soon as a single DGX hits the field.

Consistency is pretty reasonable. Even with a Uxie start against a GenPlume the other day, I had a Glaceon Leveled and attacking by turn 3. I think the latest I've ever had a Glaceon attacking was Turn 4, and that was an Azelf start with no TSS or Uxies. I'm fine on consistency at the moment.

I'm more looking at reducing the bad matchups as much as possible. Wayne, I mentioned it above, but I'll say it again. Dialga, I believe, is my only truly bad matchup. I can pretty well handle almost anything else that I can think of. But Dialga completely shuts me down, and I'm working to minimize that as much as possible. The thought about Flareon and/or Blaziken is meant to counter it a little bit. Also, I'm reasonably fast enough that I can keep up with or outspeed Dialga depending on the start and the opponent's build. 1-1 TecH, I'm pretty reasonably able to outspeed. 3-1, as in DialgaChomp, is trickier. But I've beaten the deck before.

I understand about the Giratina/Judge thing. Bench space is limited, and I'm running thin on true draw/search cards as-is for my sensibilities. Plus, every single time I've ever Judged or Giratina'd, I've given my opponent a much better hand than what they had. At this point, I'm more interested in consistency and bad-matchup-negation than I am with advancing the strategy.

Smeargle is interesting. But, again, my bench space is getting more and more limited. Generally, my play space will have 1-2 Uxies, a Tomb, a Plume, a Dodrioand 1-2 Glaceon, with the ideal being 2 Glaceon, a Uxie, a Dodrio, and a Plume. That's 6 spots non-ideal, and 5 spots ideal. Everybody knows the ideal never happens, so I'm planning the average case. I'll keep the Smeargle in mind for future versions after I've tested a little bit more thoroughly.
