Plusle Minun EX deoxys

What is really that good about plusle and minun from EX deoxys that the people viewing my deck (on pokebeach) all ask me to have it not EM?

The emerald ones are just bad. The plusle fro DX is a good starter for most decks because it has a nice 60 hp, and an attack that takes one [C] energy and it let's you search your deck for 2 basics, and most decks rely on a large bench(Ludicargo, Typhlosion). I have yet to see the DX minun though...

I have a Deoxys minun. 1 colorless for Sniff out allows the player to get a card from the discard pile and place it in his/ her hand, and 1 Lightning for Negative Spark allows the player to do 20 damage to any of opponenets pokemon that has Pokebodies

I know what it does, I just have not seen it in a deck around my area. The way I see it, you are probobly sacrificing a prize to get 1 card from your discard pile. Is it really worth it?

It is a stadium card form Legend Maker that puts one damage counter on each pokemon that has any poke-powers each turn.
