With the new ruling on PlusPower,it adds 10 to any of your Pokemon that attacks this turn,rather than attaching it to your active for the turn. My question is can a player play the new PlusPower,then Junk Arm and play the same PlusPower in that same turn to add +20 instead of +10 damage for that turns attack?
