Hey there! I'm gunna be making a couple LEGEND cards up in the future and i hope u like 'em! Post if u wanna comment, suggest, or even list ur own made up card! Here's a Glaceon and Leafeon LEGEND to start it off!

Leafeon LEGEND - Stage 1 - Evolves from Eevee - Only play this card with the other half of Leafeon LEGEND

body: Sleep Inducer
If Leafeon LEGEND is damaged from an opponents attack of 50 or more damage, even if Leafeon LEGEND is knocked out, that pokemon is now asleep.

:grass::colorless: Energy Ball 40+
You may discard a energy attached to Leafeon LEGEND. If you do, this attack does another 30 damage.

:grass::grass::colorless: Leaf Storm 80
Discard all :grass: energy attached to Leafeon LEGEND.

Weakness- :fire:x2 Resistance- :water:-30 Retreat- :colorless::colorless:

Glaceon LEGEND - Stage 1 - Evolves from Eevee - Only play this card with the other half of Glaceon LEGEND

body: Deep Freeze
When your opponent attacks Glaceon LEGEND, even if Glaceon LEGEND is knocked out, you may flip a coin. If heads, the defending pokemon is now paralyzed. If tails, the opponents attack does another 20 damage to Glaceon LEGEND.

Discard a :water: energy attached to one of your pokemon in play.

:water::water::water: Sheer Cold 120
Discard two :water: energy attached to Glaceon LEGEND.

Weakness- :metal:x2 Resistance- Retreat-:colorless::colorless:

By the way, i think that there should be a set with these cards- Flareon (Prime), Vaporeon (Prime), Jolteon (Prime), Espeon (Prime), Umbreon (Prime), Glacon LEGEND, and Leafeon LEGEND. It could be called HeartGold SoulSilver: Eeveelutions or something.
