PM Issue

Hey, My PM notification has popped up before every time I go on pokegym, but it has stopped giving me the notification pop up. My pop up blocker is off. It only happens on this account only because I have tried to log on multiple computers and still no notification. My friend logs on her account on my computer and she has a notification pop up.

Let me know how to resolve this issue.

Check to make sure that you have the notification setting to "ON".

If it is, turn it off, save your options and then turn it back on. It may need to be reset.

Not sure if that will correct the issue, but it is a suggestion.

Click on your screen name to view your public profile. Click on the "Send Message" on the blue bar and select "Send a Private Message". Look to the left and find the "Setting & Options" and click on the "Edit Options". On that page make sure the "Show New Private Message Notification Pop-up" box is checked.
