BW-on poison burn makes u confused/ ninetales amoonguss

the goal is when amoongus hits the bench, u poison and confuse the opponents pokemon and then do massive damage with ninetales ASAP

Your deck has practically an auto-loss to any garbodor, so you might want to tech in some tool scrappers.
4 Random receiver seems like overkill, 2 might be better. You also might want a more consistent trainer line, having one-ofs and two-ofs is inconsistent. Run like 3-4 catcher, and 4 devolution spray. I also don't know why you need double colorless energy, so you can cut those.
Also, make sure you use Mew ex carefully because any zekrom one shots it, along with most exes. Only use it if you're sure it won't be return ko-ed right away.

Some possible changes that may improve this list:

Add an extra emolga to increase your chances of getting it turn 1
Go up to 3/4 Catcher
Add 2 tool scrapper
Go up to 4 copies of N, no reason not to as it's probably the best supporter in BW-on
Drop at least 2 Random Reciever maybe more
Drop 2 DCE

That's all i can think of, just make sure you test loads and find a list you're happy with

3/4 catcher .... maybe 3, no 4 because of ninetales tis ability, it would be overkill....
tool scrapper is to situational i think.
2 emolga is fine. 3 leads to dead draws i founs out.
N at 4 maybe i can live with, will cut to 2 randon reviever/
DCE deffenitly stays, i can copy mewtwo EX and other EX's

and there will be no gordobor in my meta, maybe 1 but i excpect none

Sableye would be good in here, since you already run blend. On those random turns when you cant sporprise, you could junk hunt for Devo Sprays or other things.
