Okay. It’s time for the set’s final cards! BTW, I changed Gonzap's Aerodactyl to Gonzap's Tauros. Also, I hope Ancient Pokémon Trainer doesn't mind me using his Sudowoodo idea. These 2 Trainer cards were done by Carrington388, but are to be in this set. They’re still his ideas, however.

Shadow Pokémon Lab
Trainer Card (Supporter) (Cipher's Secret Machine)

This card can only be played if you have an Active Pokémon with Nascour, Evice, or Cipher in its name and a Defending Pokémon does not have Nascour, Evice, Cipher, Gonzap, or Snagem in its name. Flip a coin. If heads, place 5 Shadow counters on the Defending Pokémon. While a Pokémon has any Shadow counters on it, that Pokémon may not evolve, leave play, or use the same attack consecutively. At the end of your opponent's turn, remove 1 Shadow counter from the Defending Pokémon.

Snag Machine Tower
Trainer Card (Supporter) (Snagem's Secret Machine)

Flip 3 coins. For each heads, choose 1 of your opponent's Pokémon that does not have Gonzap or Snagem in its name and discard 1 Energy card from that Pokémon, then choose 1 Energy card from your discard pile and attach it to 1 of your Pokémon with Gonzap or Snagem in its name. If all 3 are heads, your turn is over now (you don't get to attack).

Okay. Here are the set’s four secret cards. They’re dual-type Pokémon that don’t go to anyone. Each of them still evolve from whatever Pokémon that Pokémon usually evolves from. They each follow a similar pattern with their Energy costs and have what I would call quite unique attacks. Also, they each hold TM10 (Hidden Power). Here are the secret dual-type Pokémon!

This Pokémon is both {R}{D} type.

{D}{D}{R}{R} Darkness Inferno Does 40 damage to each Defending Pokémon. If either Defending Pokémon tries to attack during your opponent's next turn, your opponent flips a coin. If tails, that attack does nothing.
e-Reader Yield: L5 Houndoom holding TM10. Can learn Psychic, Surf, or Thunderbolt.

Lanturn

Okay. Now all that’s left for this set is the e-Reader data, which I will be posting each part of over time.

Okay. It's now time for the e-Reader data. This first but large piece is for an entirely new area called Trainers' City. There will be more e-Reader datd over time.

e-Reader Data, Pokémon A-Versions:

Ruby/Sapphire/FireRed/LeafGreen/Colosseum: The e-Reader data for the Pokémon in this set allows you to catch the species portrayed at L5. Then, Evice or Gonzap (depending on the Trainer on the card) will enter the room and show you the <team>-Chine, where <team> is the Trainer on the card. The Pokémon you just captured will be put through the machine, and that Pokémon will learn one of three moves depending on how many of that team's leader you get on the slots. The first move listed is for zero or one of the leader, the second move is for two, and the third move is for three (i.e. if you got 3 Evices on Nascour's Metagross, Metagross will learn the third move listed; if you got 1 Evice on Evice's Slaking, Slaking will learn the move on the left; if you got 2 Gonzaps on Gonzap's Machamp, Machamp will learn the move in the middle). The moves are underneath the Retreat Cost. Also, all Pokémon going to Miror B., Dakim, Venus, Ein, Nascour, and Evice (Cipher side) hold TM30, and all Pokémon going to Gonzap, Agnol, and Fein (Snagem side) hold TM46. You can only use each team's machine once per day. The data on these cards is native to all the versions, so you can use the e-Card room in R/S, Altering Cave in FR/LG, or a cave in the heights of Agate Village for Colosseum to get all of these. (In Colosseum, these Pokémon are non-Shadow, but Rui will let you catch them anyway.) This data only works for the A versions of the cards.

e-Reader Data, Pokémon B-Versions:

If you scan the 12 inserts from Shining/Crystal/EX Alliance along with Trainers’ Island Resort (from Johto League Masters 3) and every Cipher Admin Pokémon B card using the e-Reader while connected to Pokémon Colosseum, you’ll get an e-mail from Nett informing you about a special place in Orre where Trainers from Kanto, Johto, Hoenn, and the Orange Islands gather to partake in Pokémon battles and all sorts of activities. Reading this e-mail adds a place called Trainers’ City to the map. Trainers’ City is a hidden area in Pokémon Colosseum that can only be accessed throught e-Reader data. (It will appear on the map once accessed.) Trainers’ City is an amazing place with several kinds of buildings and has a Colosseum of its own in the center of the place. When you battle someone when not in a building, you’ll notice that the battle area looks just like the Free Battle area from Pokémon Stadium 2. There’s a lot to do in Trainers’ City.

However, the first time you head to Trainers’ City, you’ll find out that it’s been taken over by Cipher. Your first mission in Trainers’ City is to send the syndicate packing. You’ll notice that many familiar Pokémon Trainers are engaged in battle against Cipher Peons, Bodybuilders, Hunters, and other Cipher associated Trainers. Examples of this are Misty battling a male Cipher Peon, Brock battling a male Hunter, Erika battling a female Hunter, Lt. Surge battling a female Bodybuilder, Danny battling a female Cipher Peon, as well as several other combinations. You’ll notice in the East, North, and West areas of the place that the same three Mystery Troops that blocked the gates in Phenac City are back again. However, they now each have one of the Kanto Starters’ Evolutions for a Shadow Pokémon (which is indicated in red). Here’s each Troop’s lineup:

CIPHER PEON VERDE (M)
L58 Muk
L59 Grumpig
L60 Camerupt
L30 Ivysaur

CIPHER PEON ROSSO (M)

CIPHER PEON BLUNO (M)
L58 Muk
L59 Grumpig
L60 Breloom
L30 Wartortle

You’ll also find several other Cipher Peons and other Trainers abroad the town. Here’s each of their lineups. ((M) means male and (F) means female.) You’ll notice that you fought the last three Cipher Peons (Arton, Baila, and Dioge), back at Realgam Tower. You’ll also notice that they’ll each have a new Shadow Pokémon (provided you’ve snagged each of their first ones).

There are several areas in Trainers’ City. There’s the DANCE HALL, POKéMON DOJO, POKéMON CIRCUS, POKéMON LAB, GREENHOUSE, TRAINERS’ HOTEL, BATTLE HALL, TM SHOP, POKéMON CENTER, and TRAINERS’ COLOSSEUM. However, there isn’t much to do in those places until Cipher leaves. However, you need to head into four of these places to refight the four Cipher Admins in order to enter the Colosseum.

If you enter the Greenhouse, you’ll see Sonrisa along with her three Sunflora. Talk to her and she’ll tell you that Skrub (the Cipher Peon you fought in Relic Forest with the Hitmontop)(Sonrisa refers to him as a “strange man”) is hiding in the back. If you go up to him, he’ll recognize you and you’ll have to battle him. If you haven’t Snagged Hitmontop from him earlier, you’ll have another chance to do so.

CIPHER PEON SKRUB (M)
L55 Wobbuffet
L56 Huntail
L57 Golem
L58 Medicham/L38 Hitmontop (if you still haven’t snagged it)

If you enter the TM Shop, you’ll notice Folly and Trudly (the Miror B. Peons you met back in Phenac City) near a display of TM’s. If you head up to them, they’ll recognize you and will each challenge you to a battle, Folly first, then Trudly. After fighting them, they will confess to trying to rob the TM Shop of its contents. They’ll let you choose from 1 of 4 TM’s that they tried to steal and are not found anywhere else in Colosseum; TM03 (Water Pulse), TM09 (Bullet Seed), TM34 (Shock Wave), or TM50 (Overheat). Here are Folly and Trudly’s teams:

MIROR B. PEON FOLLY (M)
L55 Ludicolo
L56 Exploud
L57 Slowbro
L58 Primeape

MIROR B. PEON TRUDLY (M)
L55 Ariados
L56 Dusclops
L57 Pidgeot
L58 Machamp/L30 Makuhita (if you still haven’t snagged it)

If you enter the Trainer’s Hotel, you’ll notice Reath and Ferma (the Miror B. Peons you met back in Pyrite Town) in the main room. If you head up to them, they’ll recognize you and will each challenge you to a battle, Reath first, then Ferma. After fighting them, they’ll let you take one of four Evolution Stones that they managed to get and are not found elsewhere in Colosseum; Leaf Stone, Fire Stone, Water Stone, or Thunder Stone. Here are Reath and Ferma’s teams:

MIROR B. PEON REATH (F)
L55 Venomoth
L56 Marowak
L57 Glalie
L58 Pelipper/L20 Remoraid (if you still haven’t snagged it)

MIROR B. PEON FERMA (F)
L55 Parasect
L56 Clefable
L57 Torkoal
L58 Sharpedo/L33 Mantine (if you still haven’t snagged it)

You can enter the Pokémon Center anytime you feel you need to heal your Pokémon and/or save your progress. However, if Cipher is still in Trainers’ City, then there’s a catch to the Pokémon Center. Every time you head inside, a random Cipher Peon will drop down from the ceiling and attack you. The Cipher Peon is different each time you enter the Center (just like in the Team Snagem Hideout). This also an opportunity to Snag his or her Shadow Pokémon if he or she still has one. After defeating the Peon, you’ll be able to heal and save.

Anyway, in the Dance Hall, Pokémon Dojo, Pokémon Circus, and Pokémon Lab, you’ll have to re-fight each of the Cipher Admins again. They have different Pokémon this time and as an added bonus, each one has a new Shadow Pokémon (highlighted in red) for you to Snag. However, if you’ve already snagged that Pokémon from one of them, then that crime boss will have one regular Pokémon in its place (at the bottom of the boss’s team list, highlighted in green).

About the moves that each Shadow Pokémon relearns over time, I’ve color coded them to indicate when that Pokémon regains that move. Here’s the color code:

<Green> Regained 1st
<Blue> Regained 2nd
<Teal> Regained 3rd
<Turquoise> Regained when Purified

When you enter the Dance Hall, head towards the stage and you’ll find Floreia confronting Miror B., who has Floreia’s two Ludicolo in cages. If you head up to them, you’ll hear Floreia say this, “What are you doing with my Pokémon?!” Miror B. will then reply, “Now, now you attractive hula girl. I think these two Pokémon will be better off with me.” You’ll then watch Floreia battle (using Cloyster and Lanturn), but lose to Miror B. (using Ludicolo and Ludicolo). After Floreia loses to him, Miror B. will notice you and it’ll be your turn to face him.

If you head up to them, you’ll hear Trixie say this, “I’m not letting you take Azumarill and Golduck!” Venus will then reply, “You think you can defeat Lady Venus? Well let’s see you try.” You’ll then watch Trixie battle (using Pidgeotto), but lose to Venus (using Cloyster). After Trixie loses to her, Venus will notice you and it’ll be your turn to face her.

After Oak and Elm lose to him, Ein will notice you and it’ll be your turn to face him.

Once you’ve defeated all four Cipher Admins and have received their Id Badges, you’ll be able to head towards the Trainers’ Colosseum in the middle of Trainers’ City and unlock the door leading inside. Inside the first room, there is a Pokémon Healing Station and a PC. Heal your Pokémon and save your game there. After doing so, head through the double doors and you’ll enter the Colosseum. After entering, you’ll hear Nascour say to you “Welcome back, (your name). I’m so glad you could make it. Let’s see how you handle an endurance round.” You then have to fight four Cipher Peons, each using a different Pokémon type. Here are the Peons and their Pokémon:

Once you defeated Nascour, you’ll then notice Es Cade (whose other idenity we now know). He’ll say, “Well, (your name), you come to Trainers’ City, have you? Well I should give you a formal welcome.” He’ll then flip over to become Evice and say to you, “You ruined our plans the first time, but I’m not going to let you ruin them again! I’ll personally make sure of that!” You have to battle him. If you still haven’t snagged Tyranitar from him, now’s your chance. However, be prepared for his powerful team. Here it is:

Evice
L55 Tyranitar – Crunch, Thunder, Blizzard, Rock Slide
L65 Salamence – Dragon Claw, Brick Break, Flamethrower, Double-Edge
L65 Slaking – Crush Claw, Earthquake, Shadow Ball, Aerial Ace
L65 Steelix – Iron Tail, Rock Slide, Earthquake, Explosion
L65 Exeggutor – Psychic, Giga Drain, Thief, Skill Swap
L65 Arcanine – Flamethrower, Aerial Ace, Extremespeed, Crunch
-----
L65 Aggron – Iron Tail, Double-Edge, Earthquake, Thunderbolt

Once Evice falls, you’ll see a scene where Professor Oak, Professor Elm, Professor Birch, and Professor Ivy come onto the Coloseeum, along with Chief Sherles and Duking. The scene here is quite similar to the one after defeating Evice at Realgam Tower, with Evice prepared to make his escape via helicopter. This time, though, as his helicopter comes downward, a powerful beam of air will strike the copter, downing it. With no means of escape, Nascour and Evice give up once again. We then notice that the blast came from Lugia, who’s hovering over the Colosseum. Eagun then explains that like Ho-oh, Lugia wouldn’t allow something such as Shadow Pokémon to be created. It’s basically similar to the first ending after defeating Evice at Realgam Tower. Then the credits roll like they do after defeating Nascour and Evice.

After being asked to save your game and reappearing in the Outskirt Stand, you’ll get an E-mail from Nett saying that there’s some more trouble back at the Shadow Pokémon Lab. If you head there and make your way to the room where you fought Ein, you’ll fight each of the Cipher Peons that you’ve fought there before, and they’ll each have a new Shadow Pokémon (at L43). (Their other Pokémon are the same ones they used before.) Here’s each Peon’s Shadow Pokémon:

CIPHER PEON LESAR: Weepinbell

CIPHER PEON TANIE: Fearow

CIPHER PEON REMIL: Marowak

CIPHER PEON VANA: Venomoth

CIPHER PEON COLE: Persian

CIPHER PEON LARE: Haunter

Okay. I have some more e-Reader data here! This is a continuation of the Trainers' City data.

Once Cipher leaves Trainers’ City, it’s a good idea to return there. No need to rescan the cards either, as Trainers’ City will always be accessible afterwards. If you return, you’ll notice that things are different this time however and there are new things you can do here.

DANCE HALL

In the Dance Hall, you’ll find Floreia dancing with both her Ludicolo. You’ll also find three other Hula Dancers here as well. While Floreia only thanks you for when Miror B. was in the Hall, the other hula girls will each challenge you to a battle, making references of outsting Miror B. from the Dance Hall. Here’s each Dancer’s team:

L55 Peilpper
L56 Parasect
L57 Politoed

HULA DANCER CELESTE (F)
L55 Ludicolo
L56 Exeggutor
L57 Walrein

POKéMON DOJO

In the Pokémon Dojo, you’ll find Shingo along with three other Trainers training with their Pokémon. If you walk up to Shingo, he’ll thank you for helping out with the incident involving Dakim. The other Trainers will each challenge you to a battle if you talk to them, each of them making references of your battle with Dakim. Here’s ehat each Trainer has:

POKéMON LAB

In the Pokémon Lab, Professor Oak, Professor Elm, Professor Birch, and Professor Ivy have created a machine that helps purify Shadow Pokémon. If you have a Shadow Pokémon with you, the purification machine will reduce its Shadow meter by 1 level. You’re allowed to “further de-Shadow” up to 5 Pokémon a day. If a Shadow Pokémon’s meter becomes fully depleted through this method, you still have to take it to the Relic Stone to be fully purified.

GREENHOUSE

In the Greenhouse, you’ll find Sonrisa. If you have purified the Sunflora you Snagged as a Shadow Pokémon, Sonrisa will teach it a move it can’t nomally learn. She won’t accept any Sunflora obtained through an e-Reader yield, Gameshark, or any other means. The moves you get to choose from are Flamethrower, Ice Beam, and Thunderbolt. You can only give it one, however, so choose wisely.

TRAINERS’ HOTEL

Unlike the Hotels in Pyrite Town and the Under, you cannot stay in the Trainers’ Hotel since the receptionist will tell you that all the rooms are booked. You can still head up the staris to the rooms, however. Four of the rooms are open for you to enter, one on the west end, two on the north end, and one on the east end. In the west room is Ritchie, who’ll trade you his Crawdaunt your Cacturne. In the north room to the right is Gary, who’ll trade you his Slowking for your Lanturn. In the east room is Harrison, who’ll trade you his Breloom for your Medicham.

The north room to the left is a changing room. The room has 62 pegs. Before rematching Fein, 60 of which hang costumes at any given. Peg number 7 is always empty, while the other pegs take turns being the second empty peg. Simply put, peg number 7 is the one that would have the one costume that Fein has never gotten his mitts upon, while the other 61 pegs have the costumes Fein can use in the rematch. The reason one of the pegs that's not number 7 is empty is because you can't go inside the actual changing area until after rematching Fein is because Fein is inside trying on the costume from the empty peg that's not peg number 7. Of course, after the rematch with Fein, all 62 pegs are empty since he's vamoosed out of there, and you can now enter the empty changing area. Here's the arrangement for the pegs for when Fein's in there?

1: Brock
2: Misty
3: Lt. Surge
4: Erika
5: Koga
6: Janine
7: (always empty)
8: Sabrina
9: Blaine
10: Giovanni
11: Falkner
12: Bugsy
13: Whitney
14: Morty
15: Chuck
16: Jasmine
17: Pryce
18: Clair
19: Roxanne
20: Brawly
21: Wattson
22: Flannery
23: Norman
24: Winona
25: Tate & Liza
26: Wallace
27: Jason
28: Cissy
29: Danny
30: Rudy
31: Luana
32: Drake (OI)
33: Lorelei
34: Bruno
35: Agatha
36: Lance
37: Will
38: Karen
39: Sidney
40: Phoebe
41: Glacia
42: Drake (HE4)
43: Steven
44: Shingo
45: Eusine
46: Ritchie
47: Gary
48: Harrison
49: Liza
50: Sonrisa
51: Trixie
52: Electra
53: Milane
54: Luka
55: Floreia
56: Maxie (for Team Magma)
57: Archie (for Team Aqua)
58: Farlie (for Team Flora)
59: Plasmae (for Team Plasma)
60: Tyson (for Team Rocket) (I used Tyson here because I didn't want duplicate Giovanni costumes)
61: Evice (for Team Cipher)
62: Gonzap (for Team Snagem)

Also, just for the record, after Fein's left the changing room, if you walk into the changing room and out, Rui will be wearing a different outfit, which Wes will always say the same thing about each one (it's just not her), which results in Rui walking back into the changing room and putting her regular outfit on.

BATTLE HALL

Tha Battle Hall looks similar to the Pre-Gym in Phenac City. In here, you can battle various Trainers. You'll have to use Mystery Events again to scan in three of the Knockaround Girls/Pokémon League Guys "triples" to get them to appear. You'll face each Trainer’s entire Battle Tower team, only this time the battles are 2-on-2 and you earn experience and money. Beat all three of the set and you'll receive one Luxury Ball.

TM SHOP

The TM Shop has a wide variety of TM’s for you to buy. Each TM costs 5000 to buy. You can also sell TM’s here that you don’t need for 2500 each. Here’s the TM Shop’s list of TM’s:

TM03 (Water Pulse)
TM08 (Bulk Up)
TM09 (Bullet Seed)
TM21 (Frustration)
TM34 (Shock Wave)
TM39 (Rock Tomb)
TM40 (Aerial Ace)
TM43 (Secret Power)
TM42 (Façade)
TM50 (Overheat)

POKéMON CENTER

The Trainers’ City Pokémon Center is just like the one in Phenac City. It’s mainly just the place to heal your Pokémon when necessary.

TRAINERS’ COLOSSEUM

If you go to the Trainers’ Colosseum, you can partake in one of two unique challenges; the Kanto/Johto Challenge, or the Hoenn Challenge. Each challenge has you take on the Elite Four members from that region. (Drake from the Orange Islands makes an appearance in the Hoenn Challenge.) The rules are the same as in any other Colosseum. Here's one of my last pieces of e-Reader data that I have posted. After the post after this, I will be posting e-Reader data done by Carrington388.

RETURN TO TEAM SNAGEM HIDEOUT

If you scan every Snagem boss Pokémon B card using the e-Reader while connected to Pokémon Colosseum, you’ll get an e-mail from Secc informing you about something going on back at the Snagem Hideout. Head back to the hideout and you’ll notice that there are seven Team Snagem Grunts all over the place. You need to go and fight each of these Grunts. Also a quick note; in spot where a Cipher Peon drops down to battle you, a Peon will still do so; among those this time can be the ones you fought in Trainers’ City. Also, if any of the Cipher Peons from the Shadow Pokémon Lab drop down to challenge you here, they’ll each have their new Shadow Pokémon (provided you’ve already Snagged their first and that Cipher’s been ousted from Trainers’ City). Anyway, here’s what each Team Snagem Grunt has (all but the first have a certain theme, be it a type or attack):

TEAM SNAGEM RAFLEIO (M)
L55 Nosepass
L56 Piloswine
L57 Mawile
L58 Medicham

TEAM SNAGEM KALU (M)
L55 Sableye
L56 Hariyama
L57 Shiftry
L58 Persian

TEAM SNAGEM LIMELA (M)
L55 Sharpedo
L56 Seviper
L57 Nidoqueen
L58 Mightyena

TEAM SNAGEM ARTCELE (M)
L55 Electabuzz
L56 Manectric
L57 Electrode
L58 Magneton

TEAM SNAGEM ZIAL (M)
L55 Torkoal
L56 Magcargo
L57 Camerupt
L58 Arcanine

TEAM SNAGEM RIASSON (M)
L55 Tropius
L56 Victreebel
L57 Parasect
L58 Cacturne

TEAM SNAGEM XETIRI (M)
L55 Dewgong
L56 Cloyster
L57 Walrein
L58 Lapras

Note: The names of all seven of these Grunts are the names of various female Trainers that we’ve made cards for, but scrambled. I’m letting you try to unscramble them to see what I scrambled them from. If you think you know what the names are, send me a PM.

Once you have defeated all seven Team Snagem Grunts, head to Gonzap’s office and you’ll find Gonzap there. Once you talk to him, he’ll tell you that he himself lured you to the Hideout. He’ll then challenge you to a battle. He uses a different team this time. He also has a new Shadow Pokémon; Tauros. Use any Snagging techniques to obtain it.

Gonzap
L50 Tauros – Take Down, Thrash, Horn Attack, Scary Face
L70 Crawdaunt – Hyper Beam, Aerial Ace, Sludge Bomb, Surf
L70 Heracross – Hyper Beam, Megahorn, Brick Break, Earthquake
L70 Breloom – Hyper Beam, Sky Uppercut, Iron Tail, Giga Drain
L70 Machamp – Hyper Beam, Cross Chop, Rock Slide, Earthquake
L70 Scizor – Hyper Beam, Silver Wind, Steel Wing, Aerial Ace
-----
L70 Dodrio – Hyper Beam, Steel Wing, Drill Peck, Tri Attack

DEEP COLOSSEUM CHALLENGE 2

After you have defeated Gonzap, you’ll get an e-mail from Nett telling you that Agnol has returned to Deep Colosseum and that the Cipher Admins are down there again. You’ll have to go to Deep Colosseum and engage in five Knockout Challenges, each ending with a Cipher Admin. The Admins each use the same teams they used the first time you fought them in Deep Colosseum, but with one difference. They’ll each use their new Shadow Pokémon (if you failed to Snag it in Trainers’ City) or substitute Pokémon as their final Pokémon. To be more specific, here’s the differences each Cipher Admin’s team has:

Miror B.: Exeggutor/Victreebel replaces Sudowoodo/Armaldo.

Dakim: Zapdos/Raichu replaces Entei/Houndoom.

Venus: Moltres/Rapidash replaces Suicune/Milotic.

Ein: Articuno/Dewgong replaces Raikou/Manectric.

At the end of the fifth series, Agnol will challenge you at another battle. This time, he uses a new, but still powerful team. He also has a new Shadow Pokémon; Snorlax. However, Snorlax may be tough to Snag since it will tend to use moves such as Rest and Curse while you try to Snag it. In other words, good luck Snagging it. Here’s Agnol’s team:

Agnol
L50 Snorlax – Hyper Beam, Snore, Curse, Rest
L70 Kabutops – Ancientpower, Surf, Double-Edge, Ice Beam
L70 Arcanine – Flamethrower, Crunch, Extremespeed, Aerial Ace
L70 Sceptile – Leaf Blade, Crunch, Dragon Claw, Crush Claw
L70 Kingdra – Hydro Pump, Ice Beam, Dragonbreath, Attract
L70 Shedinja – Shadow Ball, Silver Wind, Confuse Ray, Swords Dance

REMATCH WITH SHADY GUY

Once you have Snagged every e-Reader accessed Shadow Pokémon (all three Phenac City mission Shadow Pokémon count as well), scan any Enigma Island Promo (from either edition), you can perform another mission. Watch any TV and you’ll hear that someone (the person whom the Enigma Island Promo belongs to) is attacking Eagun at the Agate Village Celebi shrine. (Ex: If you scanned Brock’s Hideaway, the person doing this will seem to be Brock. If you scanned Erika’s Garden Can, the person doing this will seem to be Erika.) Head to Agate Village and head to the Celebi Shrine, and you’ll see that person having just defeated Eagun in a battle. You’ll then have to battle that person yourself. (He/She will go by the name “Shady Guy (If person is male)/Girl (if person is female) <person’s name>. <person’s name>: name of the person. (Ex: Falkner, Cissy). He/She will also have a new Shadow Pokémon; Mewtwo. This person’s team is very strong and very tough to defeat. For Mewtwo, it’s best to simply Snag it. The Master Ball you obtained from clearing one of the two Trainers’ Colosseum challenges would be best.

Shady Guy/Girl <person’s name>
L70 Mewtwo – Psychic, Thunderbolt, Ice Beam, Calm Mind
L70 Charizard – Flamethrower, Wing Attack, Dragon Claw, Rock Slide
L70 Exeggutor – Psychic, Solarbeam, Synthesis, Sunny Day
L70 Manectric – Thunderbolt, Crunch, Thunder Wave, Rain Dance
L70 Milotic – Hydro Pump, Ice Beam, Dragonbreath, Recover
L70 Armaldo – Ancientpower, Aerial Ace, Earthquake, Brick Break

Once you defeat this person, you’ll find out that it was once again Fein, who boasts about tarnishing the image of the person he disguised himself as. Also, if he impersonates Tate & Liza (who will go by Shady Leaders Tate & Liza), the thing is that there will be two people (Tate & Liza) before the battle and after the battle, there will just be Fein. Just a side note.

Here's the last piece of e-Reader data I have to offer for this set! After this, I will be posting e-Reader data done by Carrington388.

Once you have Snagged Mewtwo, starting then, if you head into any Colosseum other than Deep Colosseum and Trainers’ Colosseum, you can take on a Knockout Challenge as usual. This time however, you’ll be facing Trainers that use entirely new teams this time. (These teams also consist of FR/LG Pokémon that are not found in R/S or Colosseum, such as Venomoth, Dugtrio, and Primeape.) While the Trainers and Pokémon you face aren’t random, in each Colosseum, there are several preset lineups of three Trainers and Pokémon, and one of those lineups is randomly chosen at the start of each Knockout Challenge. (The levels, power, and evolution of the Pokémon each Trainer has still fits what you normally have in that Colosseum.) (All other patterns with the Colosseum’s Trainers still apply.) After defeating those three Trainers, the Trainer you face in the Final round of the Knockout Challenge just happens to be a Gym Leader or miscallenious Trainer listed below. (The Trainer is completely random.) They each have five Pokémon with levels that average 64 and are types that fit that Gym Leader or Trainer. (These levels and Pokémon are regardless of what Colosseum you face them in.) Also, each of their Pokémon have very good movesets that make them a good challenge to defeat. Here is each Trainer and his or her Pokémon:

These ideas were done by Carrington388 in his Cipher/Snagem Threat set. They will also be in this set. Carrington388, the credit still goes to you for these ideas.

Here's some additional Trainer card e-Reader data:

Scan all of the Cipher Admin I-A and II-B cards into the e-Reader, connected to Ruby/Sapphire. This is a Battle Tower challenge where you'll face six Team Cipher employees, all with six L100 Pokémon.

When you talk to the receptionist, you'll get a special conversation. It goes like this:

"TEAM CIPHER has invaded the BATTLE TOWER. Six crime bosses have been taking out all who dares to challenge. Will you take the challenge?"

Then you're prompted yes or no. Say no and you'll get "I hope you'll be able to take the challenge sometime." Say yes and get the following:

"Each of the crime lords had 6 Pokémon. Just to be fair, you get to take 6 Pokémon into the challenge, with no level limits." (That means that you can take any Pokémon into this challenge, regardless of level, as long as they're six different kinds.)

Afterwards, you'll be checked for whether you're trying to take eggs in. If you have an egg, you'll get the usual "you can't take an egg in" message, and the conversation reverts to the no choice above. If you've got only Pokémon, you'll be let into the Battle Tower.

You'll face the Trainers in the order they were taken down in Pokémon Colosseum. Here's what Pokémon they have and the phrase they use at the start of the fight (and, if necessary, the prize for beating that trainer):

Miror B.
Official Tower Name: CIPHER ADMIN MIROR B.

If you scan only the certain admin's I-A and II-B card, you'll face the admin alone in the room in Mossdeep with 3 of their lineup. Nascour and Evice still break the rules and bring their illegal swap into their lineup.

Scan all of the Snagem boss I-A and II-B cards into the e-Reader, connected to Ruby/Sapphire. This is a Battle Tower challenge where you'll face three Team Snagem employees, all with six L100 Pokémon.

When you talk to the receptionist, you'll get a special conversation. It goes like this:

"TEAM SNAGEM has invaded the BATTLE TOWER. Three shady fellows have been taking out all who dares to challenge. Will you take the challenge?"

Then you're prompted yes or no. Say no and you'll get "I hope you'll be able to take the challenge sometime." Say yes and get the following:

"Each of the shady guys had 6 Pokémon.

Phrase: "You against yourself? Fooled you!"
Pokémon: L100 Gyarados, L100 Milotic, L100 Houndoom, L100 Armaldo, L100 Manectric, L100 Togetic

If you scan only the certain admin's I-A and II-B card, you'll face the admin alone in the room in Mossdeep with 3 of their lineup. Gonzap will still break the rules and bring his illegal swap into his lineup.

Scan the Snagem boss I-B and II-A cards to perform a mission in FireRed/LeafGreen. To do this, you'll have to have already obtained both HM03 and HM04. Head for the Safari Zone and pay to enter. When the person who takes your money sees Team Snagem grunts, though, he'll give you unlimited steps and 99 Safari Balls to clear Team Snagem out of the park. Your mission is to successfully steal all of the Pokémon that are held by the grunts using only the Safari Balls. Here's a listing of what's to steal (NOTE: All Team Snagem members are male):

Center Area
Team Snagem Arnold: L16 Bellsprout, L19 Sandshrew
Team Snagem Bob: L18 Ekans
Team Snagem Chris: L15 Scyther, L15 Pinsir

Area 1
Team Snagem Daniel: L16 Oddish, L19 Psyduck
Team Snagem Ernie: L18 Slowpoke
Team Snagem Fred: L15 Growlithe, L15 Vulpix

Area 2
Team Snagem Gervase: L20 Treecko, L20 Torchic, L20 Mudkip
Team Snagem Harold: L21 Omanyte, L22 Kabuto
Team Snagem Ian: L18 Lileep, L18 Anorith, L18 Delibird, L18 Murkrow, L18 Mantine

Area 3
Team Snagem Jack: L19 Skarmory, L19 Lotad, L19 Seedot
Team Snagem Kevin: L19 Sableye, L19 Mawile, L18 Zangoose, L18 Seviper
Team Snagem Lewis: L20 Solrock, L20 Lunatone, L20 Beldum

The game is up when you've either snagged all 30 Pokémon or you've used up all 99 Safari Balls. Each Pokémon may be snagged only once. If you miss any, you can repeat the mission to steal the rest of them, but you'll get only 69 Safari Balls instead of 99.

If you do manage to snag all of the Pokémon, you'll get a 10,000 cash reward plus 200 more cash for each remaining Safari Ball from the original 99 (if you recieved 69 at the start, you get no cash).

If you scan the Cipher Admin I-B and II-A cards into Colosseum, you can perform a new mission. Watch any TV and you'll hear of a Team Cipher invasion of Phenac City. Ten Team Cipher grunts have placed themselves all over Phenac City, and you'll have to find them. Each of them has a L40 Raichu and a shadow Pokémon. Here's a list of shadow Pokémon and hiding places:

Cipher Peon Maria (female): Hides in Pokémon Center upper floor, Shadow Pokémon L30 Omanyte
Cipher Peon Nathan (male): Hides in Es Cade's house lower floor, Shadow Pokémon L30 Kabuto
Cipher Peon Ophelia (female): Hides in Pre Gym upper floor, Shadow Pokémon L30 Aerodactyl
Cipher Peon Paul (male): Hides in Pre Gym lower floor, Shadow Pokémon L30 Lileep

Cipher Peon Urkel (male): Ambushes any exiting person, Shadow Pokémon L70 Latios
Cipher Peon Valerie (female): Ambushes entry into any building other than Pokémon Center, Pre Gym, Phenac Stadium, and Es Cade's house, Shadow Pokémon L70 Latias

This mission may be done only once.

These ideas were done by Carrington388 in his Cipher/Snagem Threat set. They will also be in this set. Carrington388, the credit still goes to you for these ideas.

Here's the e-Reader data for the Pokémon-ex B versions (keep in mind that the e-Reader yields are only for the A versions):

Scan all 9 Pokémon-ex-B cards into Pokémon Colosseum, then head for the Pre Gym. Inside, you'll find Justy on the battlefield, talk to him. You'll then be asked to select one of three type combinations. This will determine who you'll face.

The combinations are Rock/Ground/Poison, Water/Ice/Grass, and Fire/Electric.

Here's the list of the battles for the Rock/Ground/Poison combination:

LEADER BROCK: L51 Steelix, L52 Kabutops, L52 Omastar, L53 Golem
LEADER ROXANNE: L52 Nosepass, L53 Golem, L54 Armaldo, L54 Cradily
[PK][MN] RESEARCHER GIOVANNI: L53 Nidoking, L53 Nidoqueen, L54 Dugtrio, L55 Rhydon
ELITE FOUR KOGA: L54 Crobat, L55 Forretress, L55 Ariados, L56 Venomoth

The list of battles for the Water/Ice/Grass combination:

LEADER MISTY: L51 Quagsire, L52 Golduck, L52 Starmie, L53 Togetic
LEADER PRYCE: L52 Glalie, L53 Dewgong, L53 Walrein, L54 Piloswine
LEADER WALLACE: L53 Ludicolo, L54 Milotic, L54 Whiscash, L55 Luvdisc
LEADER ERIKA: L54 Jumpluff, L55 Tangela, L56 Victreebel, L56 Vileplume

And the list of battles for the Fire/Electric combination:

LEADER LT.SURGE: L51 Electabuzz, L52 Electrode, L52 Magneton, L53 Raichu
LEADER BLAINE: L52 Rapidash, L52 Arcanine, L53 Magcargo, L54 Magmar
LEADER WATTSON: L53 Magneton, L53 Electrode, L54 Raichu, L55 Manectric
LEADER FLANNERY: L54 Magcargo, L55 Charizard, L55 Blaziken, L56 Torkoal

Beat the Rock/Ground/Poison combination and you'll get a TM39.
Beat the Water/Ice/Grass combination and you'll get a TM03.
Beat the Fire/Electric combination and you'll get a TM34.

Once you beat all three combinations, Justy will then ask you for a rematch. Accept and here's his team:

PREGYMLEADER JUSTY: L60 Sandslash, L60 Gligar, L59 Azumarill, L60 Cacturne, L59 Sunflora, L61 Nosepass

Beat Justy this time around and you'll recieve a TM21.

Here's the e-Reader data for the B versions of the four secret cards:

Scan all four into Colosseum, then head to Realgam Tower's casino. Go to the position the Mystery Troop once occupied and press A. You'll then be shown a slot machine similar to the slots in the GBA games, except instead of coins, a credit costs 1000 in money, and you can have three credits per play. Play the slots as you would a GBA slot, except you'll get the following for landing:

Triple 7--1 Time Flute
Triple Bar--1,000,000 in money (Colosseum does NOT have the 999,999 money limit)
Triple Espeon--1 Liechi Berry
Triple Umbreon--1 Lansat Berry
Triple Skarmory--50,000 in money
Triple Cherry--3 Nuggets
Two Cherries to Start a Row--1 Nugget
One Cherry to Start a Row--1 Vivid Scent

From Sunflorazumarill: This set is now finished! I’d like to thank anyone who in any way did ideas for this expansion! After the set that goes along with this, which is Cipher/Snagem Crisis, I’ll be starting a new set!
