Pokémon TCG: Sword and Shield—Brilliant Stars

Pokémon Kicks off Its McDonald’s Happy Meal Promotion in North America This Summer

I REALLY wish they didn't bundle the cards randomly. Because I've gotten Munna nine times and Oshawott four times between the toys that came with my Happy Meals and/or the ones I've gotten for exchanging my duplicate, unopened toys, whereas I STILL don't have Tepig, Blitzle, Zorua or Pidove.

It's very easy to see what the card is before you open the toy. If you are getting the toy/meal inside (not drive thru) especially, if you see it's a double before you open they will likely let you exchange for the same toy with a different card ;-)

You're half-right. Certain toys (Oshawott, in particular) always have the card face-down in the package, so you can't see what it is until you buy it.

Ah...didn't realize the card position varied from toy to toy. I haven't opened any yet and indeed, on my sealed oshawott and zoroark I can't tell what card is inside.

Like the previous poster said, sometimes the cards are facing in the wrong direction, or sometimes they're covered by the other inserts. I HAVE done exchanges several times only to get more duplicate cards, and it doesn't help when I go during the busy lunch time and I don't want to bother the staff by having them exchange toys over and over.

Hence why I kind of wish they cut out the three pointless reprints and added a ninth toy and just had a specific toy with a specific card to save me from all this "random" craziness. Oh well, at least I'm almost done with it all...

Full set of toys; full set of cards; don't want to see another cheesburger for a LONG time.

Zorua is arguably better than the non-promo one. 10 fewer HP in exchange for a one-energy-cost attack.

Hey, are any of them even remotely playable? Just wondering.
Aside from the Zoura, the Klink can provide T1 energy acceleration in case you don't draw a Skarmory, as long as you have a way to discard an energy. (and happen to be using the Klink line for some reason)

I would be weary of a 50HP Zorua in a format with Tyrogue, Junk Arm, and Plus Powers in many decks.
