Poke Blower + vs. pokemon reversal in gyarados

I would like to try a gyarados variant with one of these two cards. My question is which do you think is better for gyarados. On the one hand you dont have to play two pokemon reversals at once but it requires a coin flip while poke blower you must play to at once. What do you guys think?

Junk Arm makes Reversal superior in Gyarados. That's what I use with a combination of Luxray.

Personally, i think its up to you, but if u run a high junk arm count, poke-blowers shld be the way to go. Reversals are flippy and no-one likes flippy stuff. Moreover, they result in the same effect on average, 2 poke-blowers give u 1 pull, 2 reversals give you 1 pull on average also.

However, the thing about junk arm is that now, instead of needing 2 cards out of 4 from ur deck to use pokeblower, now u just need 2 cards out of 8, since having a junk arm in hand is as good as having a blower, hence drastically improving ur chances of getting two blowers at once.

Moreover, sometimes, blowers can be played alone to give u that extra 10 dmg needed to draw a tough ko, although it is admittedly flippy and inferior to pluspower/bat in that way, but it is workable.

You can't just factor in the guaranteed Poke Blower, because getting both in your hand at the right time can be difficult. Yes, Junk Arm helps a lot, but the math is still kind of fuzzy. I feel like the odds are better with using Reversal and Junk Arming it back than actually getting both Blowers in your hand, but I think you'll just have to do it the old fashioned way and test it with your build-the opinions people are going to give you will be helpful, but they will all have slightly different builds and matchups, thus changing the odds.

Depends if your running the Poke Drawer + as well. You could possibly get something going if you use Drawer + to get 1 or 2 pieces of Poke Blower+ and use them to take a quick prize. Then use Junk arm to get 1 back and wait til you get the other piece or use another Drawer + or Junk arm
