Pokedolls?

Okay, well...to answer your first question they actually make these ones here in the US. You can either get them at the Pokemon Center in New York, or off of their website. Don't buy them off of eBay, they are way overpriced. They really cost $10.
Second, they're about 6 inches tall and 6 inches long, a nice size. Not too big, maybe a bit smaller than those Pikachus Hasbro made back in '98-'99.

Not only that, but they are now selling some of these at Target. I am sure Walmart/Kmart will possible have them as well.
Actually...the Poké Dolls from the Pokémon Center NY are the same as the ones from Pokémon Center Japan. Both have red paper tags that have a picture of the PokéDoll Pikachu and say 'PokéDoll/Pokémon Center', and their sewn-in tags will say 'Pokémon Center'.
The plushes sold at Target are NOT the same; note the different tag on the linked image. They're made very cheaply (not as many pattern pieces, so not shaped as well as the Center plushes) and not as cute IMO as the Japanese Poké Dolls.

Totally agree that the Target pokedolls are not as good as from the pokemon site, but they have Pokemon the website does not.

I am gonna agree, however there is something that you should know.
The Dolls are released in JPN first, and for some it takes a while to get to the USA Store/Site.
The Espeon PokeDoll reached an insane price since it soldout quickly in JPN and didnt come over here for over a year or so. Pushing the Price up to Over 70$ USD,
