PG2 is fairly standard. There are very specific reasons that the point values are modified...
Passing Yards: Unlike the "standard" Y! leagues, we're using fractional points. Every yard counts here, unlike in regular Y! leagues. It's also far too easy for a QB to toss out 300+ yards in this version of the NFL. I have yet to see a single 300 yard rushing or receiving performance. So, the value of passing yards is reduced.
Passing TDs: This is the Age of the RB. Why value Passing TDs at less than rushing TDs when the average number of TDs for starting WRs, RBs, and QBs is roughly the same (give or take 1-2)?
IDP is a legitimate style of League. I actually prefer IDP to not, as it's just one more thing to keep track of, and makes the games more interesting. I know that there were at least 5 games that I played last year that were decided by the IDPs on both teams.
Also, who says that the Y! Standard is the Absolute Standard? Remember that, until 2 years ago, the Y! Standard was EXACTLY like what you see right here. "Standard" in this case is a relative term, because each company has a different "standard". We're just going back in time a couple of years.
