Pokémon TCG: Sword and Shield—Brilliant Stars

Pokemon and their many faces

When people post deck lists, how should I know which version or what set that pokemon comes from? I'm brand new to this game and it's all a little confusing.

Ex : a scraggy from next destinies is way different than one from dark explorers.

Most pokemon only have one "competitive" form. But in the case of being unsure, feel free to ask. Some people will list the set after it. For example, Verizion EPO vs Verizion NVI means the one from emerging powers vs the one from noble victories.

Virizion.

If we take the OP's question literally, then there is no good Verizon because their plans are all terrible.

Haha woops, posted that from my phone and of course, auto correct in all its brilliance changed "version" to "verizon". There's some clever marketing.
