Okay so I was a little frustrated over this ruling and I'm not sure if my league leader is right on this. But what happened was that my opponent was 2 cards away from decking out and I had him on the ropes. He knew he was about to lose but instead he played a Pokemon communicator and put one pokemon into his deck and shuffled it without grabbing that Pokemon back. In other words, he did something for nothing just so he wouldn't deck out! Is that legitimate, because Pokemon Communicator says SEARCH for a pokemon and put it into your hand. It doesn't seem to leave room for things like that.
