(further spoilers) Well, that's kinda lame-two central locations. I would have expected them to be better spread out. Sorry, East coasters, guess you get left out. No the event isn't being held in death valley (duh) it's just being held in the same state as death valley. Anyway, as I said, the game is on the main page, in the featured image, you just have to keep reloading until you get the Treecko picture.

Did I misread what the above clues mean, or do they want us to go to Death Valley?

No, they're just identifying the state.

Anyways, it still won't show the game. Where does it appear on the page?

The big, randomly generated picture. Keep trying. Darned random numbers and all.

It starts with just the US Flag, then Treecko floats up from the bottom, then some text floats in from the left.

Missouri, Texas, and California...

Does that strike anyone else as a bit weird?

I can see California, and even Texas. Missouri completely caught me off guard though. Even though Missouri halfway works for me (If I really want to, I can make the 5 hour drive from Chicago. Assuming it's in St. Louis...) But Nintendo's basically saying, "Sorry East Coast, YOU LOSE!", the entire northern part of the country's also gonna have quite a way to go.

Do any of you have a link to the game. I have concluded that my laptop will not allow me to view the game on the website because I have been refreshing it for two hours. So, anyone have the link?

TD:Already posted that...just look above to my post....

WPM:No,there is no link. You click on the pic and it gives you a pop up.If you havent found it by now,you won`t find it so please stop filling this thread with replies that all say the same thing.

Now,lets continue this as a discussion on the states or I will lock this as spamming.

My guess is: since this is supposed to be a 'road trip' of the NYC Pokémon Center...that's why the East Coast is left out? To give the rest of the country a taste of what the PC is like?

I find this very funny that people are complaining that there is no East Coast & 2 that appear to be towards the middle of the U.S.

Now you get a taste of what it was like for us when the STS's were on each coast, (how many times?) with nothing in the middle. The middle U.S. finally got 1 Stadium challenge.

Looks like I might get to go to 2 of these!!!!!!!

I dunno about Missouri, but one in Texas sure sounds nice! I was almost certain we wouldn't get one, being as far down south as we are, but it looks like us Texans got a bit lucky on this one

I hope it's not too far out of the way, like.. you know, that one place. All tucked away down there where it is...

Perhaps it'll be someplace like Houston... Or... dare I dream? Dallas! :D

Tears begin to well in Meganium's eyes as he cannot believe it!

Missouri - realisticly either Kansas City (which would be great for the Colorado, Wyoming Player (sorry, cheap shot), Kansas and Nebraska Players, or St. Louis, which would be unreal for Meganium45, good for the Kentucky, Illinois, Chicago, Michigan, Wisconsin, Iowa, Tennessee and Arkansas Players. Yes I listed Chicago as separate from Illinois LOL.

Can't wait for more details (begins to compose e-mail to Schwimmer....)

Could it really be a less than 5 hour road trip for a major event???

Meganium45 :D   :thumb:

Well thats 5 1/2 from northern Illinois, 6 1/2 from Milwaukee, 7 from Kenosha, 8 from Southern Michigan, 9 from Indiana/Northern Michigan, 12 from Ohio, not to mention the east coast. Not too bad of a road trip at all :)

Anyways, it appears that it will be a mall toury-type thing. (Or something like the eReader tour) Focusing mainly on other Pokemon products rather than TCG. So I guess we might be able to base our attendance prediction off of the attendance of the R/S Challenges?

Will they be successes? Of course. I already know how to play the TCG and I know what games are coming up so its not worth a hotel room, missing school, or a substitute birthday present for me.

If any of you guys want to play the game that haven't, here is it's link:

http://www.pokemon.com/RocksAmerica/game1.htm

Also, don't forget Hawaii and Alaska, they are over to the left.

I wonder if they will upload the next game early. Then, all we have to do is change the game1.htm to game2.htm and play it before they even put it up.

Wheee, three cities, yet another event that will take place somewhere far enough away from me that there will yet again be no chance of me attending it. Although hopefully for my birthday this year I'll be attending an actual league session in Newnan. I hate having such a demanding life where organizing a league in my area is out of the question. Hopefully one of my cohorts will get some pictures for the webbie.

Here's hoping it's at least in Chicago, where my noseprint still resides on Michigan Avenue.
