Can Pokemon tools be attached to Pokemon-ex? (Like Crystal Shard) Or only the tool specifically say "excluding Pokemon-ex" can't be attached to Pokemon-ex?
The card itself does not state it can’t be attached to a Pokemon-ex:
“Rule: Attach Crystal Shard to 1 of your Pokemon that doesn't already have a Pokemon Tool attached to it. If that Pokemon is Knocked Out, discard this card.
Text: As long as this card is attached to a Pokemon, that Pokemon's type is Colorless. If that Pokemon attacks, discard this card at the end of the turn.”
But during somebody just argued that no Pokemon tools can even be attached to Pokemon-ex’s. So, I want to know the correct ruling.
