I have all 3 of those pokemon. What moveset do you want on Smeargle?

Do you have a Timid Azelf with 31 IVs for HP/SPatk/Speed?

I just check its IVs are they are BAD =(

If it had 31 HP,Spatk,Speed and mediocre on everything else I would've accepted the trade

Hey I have a shiny Graveller but nothing else shiny I'm afraid...

I have Rayquaza and Kyogre for trade however if anyone is interested in those. (still need to Migrate)
I can also get any of the starters bar the 2 below that I'm after. (still need to migrate some- ETA14 hours)
I can also offer Masterballs as I kept them on every runthrough of my Pokemon games.

Would those poke's need any good IV's are just for breeding purposes?
