Pokemon vs. Pokemon SP wording

As the title states, am I capable of using a bebe's on a pokemon SP? Or am I restricted to SP Radar?

bebe's search works on all pokemon so yes bebes grabs sp pokemon.

Yeah, it's like the squares vs rectangles thing. All squares are rectangles, but not all rectangles are squares. All Pokémon-SP are Pokémon, but not all Pokémon are Pokémon-SP.
