The article in the News section is still saying August is the time to play more to receive the bonus packs. It doesn't mention closed beta anymore but it is promising rewards for playing up to to ten hours :redface:

I check later, 8-1
Later, 8-2
Later 8-3
Later 8-4...
.......Even later 8-5
....
....
8-6.
Oh well, as long as its updated right...
10 minutes until that time, hoping it doesn't become 8-7

They are still working on it. earlier today it said it would be down till 1pm, then it was 2pm, and now it says 6:35pm. Guess they are still updating it.
 
Under the "store" tab at the upper right. Once in, click on "store" at the upper LEFT (The one next the "redeem codes"). Should list them there.
 
you can minimize lag by setting flash player to low.

i think pokemon tcg online need to upgrade their hardware side, the lag may be caused by their hardware. even their forums are laggy.

the EP theme deck codes are now usable and the cards in these theme decks are now usable in TGC Online. Why dont you try using the booster card codes and see if it works?
 
I have a code from a theme deck. Has anyone noticed that the public trades are way off balance? People asking for free primes or trying to get a Rare Candy for a Meowth. Honestly, I don't think public offers should be able to ask for something without giving something in return because people could accidentally click accept (especially with crazy lag).

I'm not the most savvy with computers. How exactly do you set the flash player to low?

Well, the mods were most definitely patrolling for those the other day.... I'm not going to give my story, but they also are taking some action against accidental offers prematurely offered (With that lag...) and then not responding to appeals on Support :-/ Oh well, I guess the good news is that there is SOME patrolling

right click the playing mat (if you're in a game) or the chatroom area (if you're not in a game) and a window will open, choose quality, and select low.

also another trick to improve the lag is by going to trainer challenge and click CHANGE OPTIONS, click GAME OPTIONS, disable card foil effects and click required option, check disable animations and you can opt to set music and volume to zero.

OMG thank you so much, I'll try it now.

EDIT: Yes, it did work. Only thing that stinks about it is that every time I leave the page or reload it I have to change it again :/

I just entered in a couple of the EP Booster packs codes, and they still don't work. The website says they will work starting on Aug 31st.
