Reasoning: These guys have potential, being bulky basics, but their damage output and energy costs are not balanced at all. This would give them a combo effect, letting you build a deck around, or at least with, Sawk and Throh. At that point I think they're somewhere between an SP and an SP Lv X, without the utility power, and I honestly don't believe F for 60 or FC for 100 on basics are broken attacks in the current format, when they require a stadium in play to use.

The name is an obvious reference to Sawk and Throh. >_>

A quality idea, but to make it more like a combo, perhaps add:

"If you do not control a card named Sawk and Throh, this card has no effect."

A card that only effects Sawk and Throh already has no effect if you don't control a Sawk or a Throh...
