its first power
says when you play it discard all special nrgs attached to ur opponents pokemon when it comes into play
2nd says put two cards on the top of your deck once during your time

i have the cad in ***, but this is what it does:
Pokepower1- Once during your turn, when you level-up Porygon Z, discard all Special Energy Cards attached to all of your opponents pokemon.
Pokepower2- once during your tun, before you attack, search your deck for any 2 cards and put them on top of your deck in any order.
