i dont think that the fighting is good against garyados because u could use sonic blade and inthere turn they could play ssu and get heads to heal it

If you Sonic Blade with all of your prizes flipped, then you will do less damage to Gyarados with Psychic Cut or Psychic Lock than with Expert Belt. They can still heal off all the damage you do, but with Sonic Blade it sets up Gyarados for a Bring Down while doing more damage than you otherwise could. Gyarados is also forced to the bench, meaning that they have to waste an energy to retreat if they don't have a free retreat Pokemon like Crobat G. The Fighting Energy is also good for a Relicanth tech. In some games at States, your opponent will probably have multiple Expert Belts/Unown Gs in play with a Stadium so Relicanth can get you an easy prize in some situations.
