Post-rotation sets?

So with Nats right around the corner and Worlds soon after, I was wondering. Does anyone have any idea what the expected sets will be that will remain in the rotation? I'm just looking forward to next season and want to start working on decklists that will not be affected by the impending rotation.

no one knows as they don't reveal it tell around worlds (august). the most likely one is XY-on as rotating to the first set in a block is something they have normally done in the past.

I hope not. Some of those cards have been in rotation way too long.
Hopefully it will be XY on.

Japan is playing XY-on as an official format beginning June 20th.

Of course, Japan previously played BW-on, but it's a sign in the direction of XY-on.
