when a player draws six prizes in the beggining and this was only noticed on the 5th turn after that player drew 2 prizes for knocking out my pokemon.what should be done
does prize penalty apply here?

Not really.
It's very easy to put two prize cards back in the deck.
The player had no advantage, as long as they weren't playing a card that gets an advantage if behind in the prize count.

Also, this was a prerelease. There are no prizes or points on the line.

Just make the fix, give a Caution or Warning, and play on.
